Unfortunately, both Football and Netball seasons have been officially abandoned.
Members should have received messages from Club secretaries and also from the NSFA and NSNA, but information will be shared once we hear more from the NSFA and NSNA.
A reminder that no Rangers sanctioned activities can take place at this time, apart from online gatherings.
It may still be possible for you to train and exercise alone, with family members or in small groups but you need to check current guidelines to ensure you are not breaching the public health orders. https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19

Have a Zoom Session with Your Team
Consider setting up a one-time or weekly Zoom session with your team, to keep the players connected and maintain that dynamic. This might also inspire your team to stay fit, to continue football/netball skills individually but support one another virtually. It might be as simple as a check-in conversation, or perhaps add a bit of sporting trivia, a poll of players’ favourite teams and players, etc.

NSFA INSPIRE Coaching Resources (football)
INSPIRE aims to provide coaches of all levels access to a platform that will host coaching resources, video content and discussion forums to assist coaches in their season-long journey. Our mission is to better the footballing experience of both the coach and players by providing relevant, progressive and easy to digest content.
INSPIRE members receive a weekly email during regular season, providing coaching tips, interesting reading, and connections with other clubs and avid football volunteers. This is a great resource for registered coaches as well as for parents/carers/footballers keen to learn more.
