Football Registration Procedure

You will need to have your FFA Registration Number and your password which can be found via the FFA system. (Passwords can be emailed to you at your registration email address). Please read the details below for more detailed Overview and Instruction.

Overview

Registrations will be made via FFA’s MyFootballClub website. You will immediately receive an email confirming your registration and then within 24 hours of that you will receive a request to make your payment. Payment will be made via the traditional system you are familiar with.

Registrations are NOW open.

 

Active Kids Rebate Program

The NSW Government will provide a $100 voucher to parents/guardians of school enrolled children. The $100 voucher can be used for registration and participation costs for sport and fitness activities.

Every child (4.5 – 18 years old) enrolled in school from Kindergarten to Year 12 is eligible. This includes those who are home-schooled or enrolled in secondary school education at TAFE NSW.

Obtaining a voucher through Service NSW

All participants who wish to utilise the Active Kids Voucher will be required to apply for the voucher through Service NSW. A Service NSW account will need to be created in order for the parent/guardian to obtain a voucher.

The process to obtain an Active Kids Voucher number is outlined in the steps below:

1. Go to https://www.service.nsw.gov.au

2. Create an account or log in to your existing account from the links at the top of the page.

3. Once you have completed the setup/logged in, select the Office of Sport from the Services box.

4. The Office of Sport will now appear as one of your selected services.

5. Click on the Office of Sport logo (now under ‘My Services’).

6. The service page for Office of Sport will now appear.

7. Click on the ‘Apply for voucher’.

8. This will take you to the voucher signup process, starting with step 1 of 6.

Please note that in order to complete the voucher application, a valid Medicare card will be required for the student identity verification.

Once the voucher process is complete, a printable version of the voucher will appear on screen. It is advised that you print the voucher confirmation before closing your Service NSW account.

Steps to Complete Registration

Login

1. Go to the MyFootballClub website www.myfootballclub.com.au.
2. Click on “Register Now” .
3. Select “Player Registration” near the bottom, left of the page.
4. If you are a new player to football (generally U6s but may be others) then select the 3rd option and follow the screens and prompts.
5. If you are a returning player and don’t know your FFA Number select the 2nd option. Obtain the number then go back to the first option.
6. Select “Click here to proceed to the login pages”.
7. Login using your FFA number and password.

Start Registration

8. Once logged in click the “Register” button.
9. Check your details and contact details
10. Ensure that the mandatory fields are completed (note that a photo should not be uploaded), Click the “Next” button.
11. Step 1 – If not already present, enter the club name “Chatswood Rangers Sports Club“. (If no packages are available for selection then check the spelling of the club name. If all looks correct, blank out the club name and click the question mark.)
12. Step 2 – Select “Player”
13. Step 3 – Select the correct age group package for you. (You may be eligible for a number of age groups so please select carefully.). The age group represents the age that the player will be turning that calendar year. For example if the player is or has already turned 7 that year, their age group will be U7 (i.e. “Under 7”).
Please note that if you would like your daughter to play in a Girls Football team, e.g. select GU8 which represents Girls Under 8 (if she is turning 8 years old that season)
14. Step 4 – click “Add Packages”
15. Click the “Next” button at the bottom of the screen.
16. Read the terms & conditions and complete the check-boxes and click the “Next” button at the bottom of the screen.

To apply the discount to your registration, at the invoice screen enter your code you receive into the “Active Kids Voucher” field and your registration will automatically be updated with the discount. If you have already registered, provide the voucher to your club so that they can validate the code.

17. Make payment by credit card online or choose “Manual Payment at Club” button.
18. Answer the Additional Questions and click “Next”.
19. The FFA system will then advise that your registration has been accepted and send you an email to confirm.
20. The FFA system will transfer your registration details to the Club’s system overnight.

Making Payment

21. When you receive your email and haven’t paid online you must pay immediately. Your registration cannot be accepted onto the system until payment is received and as a result you cannot be placed in a team.
22. If you are making payment by EFT– use your online banking facility and transfer the fees to the clubs bank account. (BSB: 062104 ; Account Number: 00901881 ; Account Name : Chatswood Rangers Sports Club ; Description : Please ensure that you include the player’s surname and initial and if possible FFA Number.)
